U-verse TV

On Friday was the worse night to watch wireless U-verse Television. Time was 11:01 p.m. every 3 to 6 minutes the signal was lost this went on all night until this morning Saturday 12-17-2022 we go thru this every night at 11:01 p.m. Does anyone knows what is going on?

Just got a new Insignias TV and using my AT&T remote, but I have to turn the volume to 60 or better to hear the TV. What is the problem?

Getting error message. Changed cables powered on/off and still not fixed. I pay a premium for HD and cant even use it.

Keep getting an error code when searching in menu. Usually I can reboot and it works fine but not this time. Have turned off and rebooted from website even and still getting the error code 401.

Recently, the uverse app has been freezing when I am watching different channels on my mobile. I have reloaded the app, tried different channels between SD and HD, and restarted my phone more than a few times but no change. I thought it might be buffering but it happens on both WIFI and cellular. Ha

We have AT&T Fiber 1Gbps. Two TVs, one with DVR (IPH8110) is the one we watch most often. Both "cable boxes" are connected via ethernet through our home network directly to the gateway (no hub or switch in the path).
