Funny. I called to resolve an issue with my bill. After 30 minutes the employee gets a supervisor that sounds exactly like the person I was speaking to. Ridiculous. Matthew the employee. Timmy the supervisor. Both the same people. I guess Att customers are stupid.

It’s frozen. The power button blinks red — 2 seconds on, 1 second off. None of the buttons work and when any of them are depressed they no longer all light up. Replacing the batteries didn’t help. Any suggestions on how to recover the remotes’ functions? Is it time for a new remote?

Wireless U-verse receiver won't connect to U-verse service
Our wireless receiver stopped working a few days ago - it would reboot, and showed a connection to the WAP but wouldn't work. We did the trouble shooting steps of unplugging everything and then plugging back in in a specific order - still nothing. ATT sent us a new wireless receiver box and WAP. Set
