NO INFO FOUND

i record everything but 6 weeks ago instead of displaying show name and date/ time original aired.  date/time, it just says no info found for everything I recorded. Sometimes I see the little picture insert and can tell which show it was. Is this how they will force us to Dish network??  I thought it was receiver but changing it out did not help
