Need to pay direct tv for elderly person

I need help paying a bill which is now service is turned off. I have no acct number as she misplaced it and doesn't know if there was a card on file.  Her bill was washed and now it is off. She doesn't have an email address.  Her old caregiver paid the bill with her information,  she is no longer her care giver. I need to restore her service but I have no information to do so. Please help if possible. Thank you G
