hen is the outage going to be fixed, what caused the outage and is techs working on it, why is it taking so ;ong I've been out of internet, tv and phone going on 20 hrs

I just set up an Orbi mesh system with the ATT 5826 gateway. I have the gateway in passthrough mode and the Orbi is in AP mode. My cell phone u-verse app can’t find/connect to my receiver

For a while my U-verse service freezes at 11 p.m. on one of my TVs. I read that this is an on going problem. I am paying for a defective service. You need to send a technician to fix this problem asap.

This up was “updated” a month ago and since then, I have to log in every day, and the format will not take my auto login from my password manager. How does an upgrade go backwards? Tried the suggestions I saw in these forums, but none really worked. Hoping for a real upgrade soon.

Had a new receiver 4 days ago. I’ve had 4 since April! Earlier Today the tech replaced the HDMI cable and it has stopped freezing and pixilations. However now both remotes will not fast forward. Seem sluggish too.

The "Search and On Demand" comes back with a "Error code: 401 - Unauthorized" "kx: Failed to load resource" It's not the hardware. All receivers and modems have been rebooted and changed out. Problem is still there.
