U-verse app won’t allow me to stay signed in
For months and months I’ve been forced to sign in with username and password each and every time I open the app. I check the stay signed in box each time but it doesn’t work. Why?

Hey there Auntievic. We'd be happy to help you with your U-verse app and staying signed in.
To get started, we'd recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the device you're using. There could be saved data on there that is interfering with you staying logged into your U-verse app. You can also uninstall and reinstall the app.
Please confirm with us if this is happening on multiple device, or just one device. We just want to confirm that it's not the specific device that is causing you to not stay signed in.
