U-Verse app not working properly

AT&T help has not been able to answer (actually have refused to answer my inquiries) as to why the U-Verse app has quit working as it should. It kicks me, and everyone else who uses it, off the app, and forces us to log back in with user name, password, and Neilson questions, just to check the nights TV lineup. This is totally unacceptable for a service that I pay close to $3K a year to use.

Frustrating that AT&T knows about this issue but refuses to fix it or even acknowledge it. They are apparently trying to pare down the amount of customers they have.
