My U-verse has been out since 2/2/23. Outage map shows an outage EXCLUSIVELY in my neighborhood, the 78757 zip code. Tech support says the will not troubleshoot or send a tech until the outage is cleared. They say they will fix it in 24 hrs. It has been 14 days. What should I do?

I have had Uverse for approximately 12 years. I have one primary receiver (set-top box) that is the recording one and two secondary receivers on my other TVs. One of my secondary boxes has been freezing during playback of recorded programs. It only happens on that one box. I have to restart that box

I really like to watch One America News Network (OANN) and NewsMax. Unfortunately, neither AT&T nor Direct TV offer either of these news programs. Consequently, I now pay to stream OANN and NewsMax. I can't find Bally sports on the ATT listing. I have it on my U300 package-why is it not listed on ATT web site? Are the Bally channels included in the U200 package?

Not a question a statement on how terrible your AT&T / DirecTV service is and what a dreadful company you have. I have autopay set up and was charged over twice this last month. I called the 2020 number listed on the billing cycle, twice, after going through multiple menu options, multiple times I w
