No U-verse TV service
My U-verse has been out since 2/2/23. Outage map shows an outage EXCLUSIVELY in my neighborhood, the 78757 zip code. Tech support says the will not troubleshoot or send a tech until the outage is cleared. They say they will fix it in 24 hrs. It has been 14 days. What should I do?

@ATTHelp will have to respond to this one via PM. They'll hopefully be by with details.

This is a customer forum, predominately peopled by AT&T Customers. There is a small staff of AT&T employees posting under the id ATTHelp, and you need to talk to them because your issue is not something that another customer can help solve. Usually, if ATTHelp is going to respond, they will do so within 24 hours. Hopefully they will.
However, repetitively posting about the same issue is against Community Guidelines. Please keep discussion about this issue in this thread by using the comment box at the end of the thread. Thanks.

I was not aware that this was a customer forum, or that posting to @ATTHelp would be duplicating the message. Thanks for scolding me about things I had no way of knowing. Thanks.

When you signed up for your Community account, you were offered a chance to read, and agreed to comply with, the Community Guidelines.
Thus, you had a "way of knowing" what should have been reminders of what you already knew. The emphasis on the quoted passages from the Community Guidelines is mine.

Okay, fine, no one reads these things. But don't get upset when someone points out when you've done something that you've agreed not to do, even if you didn't read the agreement.

BTW, I wish your issue could have been something inside your house that we could actually help you resolve. As it is, we're about as helpless as you.

We're here to assist with your U-Verse TV, @Bunner!
We understand the importance of having a reliable service, so let's get to the bottom of this for you.
Since you are able to view the outage online, let's move this conversation into a direct message. This way we can access your account to give you some more information on what is going on in your area. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon.
We look forward to speaking with you!

I do not see any bell in the upper right hand corner of my account page, nor do I have a chat notification. What page should be looking at?

At the top of this forum page, assuming that you're logged in, there should be a bell next the head in the green circle. To the left of that can be a little square speech balloon; that's the chat icon. It will only appear after ATThelp sends you a DM request.
If you're on a small screen, the header icons can get really funny.
