Not a question a statement on how terrible your AT&T / DirecTV service is and what a dreadful company you have. I have autopay set up and was charged over twice this last month. I called the 2020 number listed on the billing cycle, twice, after going through multiple menu options, multiple times I was disconnected both times stating I had reached a "retail" location and to call the number listed on my bill.....the number listed on my bill is the same 2020 number!!! So tried again and was disconnected again.
I tried the chat options, but all that did was get me stuck in endless loop since none of the options listed addressed the reason I was calling.
Again, how bad at life do you have to be to set up this type of service - unless that is you goal, making it extremely difficult for your customers to contact you is your goal.
Oh, and I have turned off autopay and am exploring ALL options to relocate my service.

This is the UVERSE TV forum and you seem to be referring to DirecTV. You might want to post in the DIRECTV FORUM
