ATT Uverse receiver Arris VIP 2262 flashing lights

Replacement receiver works normally, but when not used for a while, it displays flashing green & red lights. I assume this means something has gone wrong. But I can't find a troubleshooting guide to tell me what the error is. So, I just push the power button to reboot, and the lights stop flashing.

Crappy Service

I want to know why after 5 techs they still cant fix it right. Also goes out every weekend and every time I pay the bill. I know you are getting rid of UVerse so wht the (Edited per community guidelines) do you keep ripping us off with it. ATT should be upgrading all existing customers instead of me

HD CHANNELS KEEP FREEZING

I have 3 DVRs in different rooms. Several HD stations keep freezing and then I flip the channel and flip right back and I get it back but only lasts about 2 seconds before it freezes again and have to flip channels again (freeze-flip-freeze-flip.......) . I can't be flipping the channel every 2 seco

Cisco replacement uverse box connects to wifi but not tv

Replaced receiver (old one died). Seems to be correctly hooked up but the screen has the uverse logo and the spinning ball going for 45 minutes or longer. No error message just that rotten spinning ball.

U-verse app

My U-verse app is no longer connecting to my gateway. I’m trying to use it as a remote (used to work) and it no longer does. I’ve uninstalled/installed the app, rebooted gateway, rebooted phone…. Signed out/in. Any suggestions?
