Wire TV receiver power adapter
Our wireless TV receiver (VIP2500) recently failed. AT&T sent us a new one but it did not come with a power adapter, and the adapter to the old box would not fit. We returned the unit and AT&T sent another box, again without a power adapter. How do we get an adapter for this unit?

How do I fix lagging playback of DVR recordings?
Both the wired and wireless receivers DVR recordings play back with lag, pixelized, freeze every few minutes. No lag anywhere else: The internet is fine. The DVR records scheduled shows fine. Watching TV, streaming, cable shows is fine. I have rebooted endlessly..

Has anyone noticed issues with no sound lately thr last few weeks? /HDCP issues?
