I just tried streaming in Chrome and Edge on my PC and holy (Edited per community guidelines) is it horrible. It used to be crystal clear and now it's simply unwatchable - it can't even be 480p resolution. Streams look fine on my Rokus and on my phone, not the browser, which my son uses exclusively

Their are both numbers and letters on each button of the remote. Currently, pressing one of the buttons creates a letter. I want the button to create a number. How do you toggle between the two? Thanks in Advance

With lots of help from a DIRECTV retention specialist and info gathered here, we transitioned from a Satellite account in March 2025 to a Streaming account using a Gemini Air device. Our initial satellite service was in Arizona and we setup the streaming account before leaving the state. We are now
