Streaming + Device & App

How do I get this to go away? It's on my screen and the only thing I can do is hit down to see recent channels, and hit down again, it goes back to the message, Press DOWN...!  Does Directv programmers even use their own product?  help!  

I’m considering changing my DVRs to stream with cloud dvr. I watch a lot of Bally Sports Southwest. With the stream and cloud dvr and if I’m traveling, can I watch live or recorded sports at remote locations or on a plane? Thank you

Whenever college football is offered in 4k format the picture quality is horrible -a faded, dim, washed out look with poor color rendering. No amount of tinkering with settings makes any difference.  I have five different smart TV’s from 32” to 65” and brands from TCL to Samsung and LG.
