Ran into a problem last night with my local channels in the 23185 local,area (Williamsburg va). I couid watch local live but could not record and then watch. What is this error? “e9k-03.1 needs authorization key” Got it for the first time watching the daily show on Comedy Central. It was recorded.

How do I get this to go away? It's on my screen and the only thing I can do is hit down to see recent channels, and hit down again, it goes back to the message, Press DOWN...!  Does Directv programmers even use their own product?  help!  

I’m considering changing my DVRs to stream with cloud dvr. I watch a lot of Bally Sports Southwest. With the stream and cloud dvr and if I’m traveling, can I watch live or recorded sports at remote locations or on a plane? Thank you
