TV Stuck on one channel

When I turn on my TV, it is stuck on one channel. Remote wont pull up guide or perform any other function. I have changed batteries out. I have changed TV's and boxes from other rooms that are working and still the same problem. How do I fix.

DirecTV is the worst company ever!

I signed up for direcTV and scheduled a day and time frame (12-4pm) for a technician to come set my TV up. No one showed up. I called customer service at 4:10 with the intention of rescheduling. Broke equipment and now they extended service commitment

I have the protection plan. My receiver went out.  They came to replace it.  I asked if this would extend my service commitment and he said no it is covered under warranty.  Get my new bill and now it says my commitment is until January 2026.  Also, took away my Lifetime FREE DV

Sound cuts out periodically

The sound quits for 2 or 3 seconds every hour or so. It seems to happen on most channels and also cuts out on recorded shows. I have an HDMI connection from the HR24-200 receiver directly to my TV. Then a digital optical audio connection from the TV to my surround sound system.

Direct TV Perks Program for Loyal Long term customers

I have been a customer since 2000. I signed up for Perks and was told that there would be some tokens for my long term loyalty, pro-rated. My assigned icon is an Oscar looking man. I did not get any Perks Tokens for being a long term customer. Am I missing something? Comments

Complaint about Cancellation

Been a very good customer for almost 26 years (Since 1/30/1999) and paid over $52,000 in services. I called to cancel yesterday as we have pulled all of our equipment out.  Our kids are gone and no need to continue paying almost $300/month.  Yesterday was 2 days into the new billing cycle

How can I find out how many and where my direct stream is being used
