I removed all the antenna components and pressed red reset I still get the local channels would like to them all removed since I don’t. Need the antenna any more did a reset still no help

When I connect my Beats earphones the TV audio turns off. I’m sure this is by design,  but I’m hard of hearing,  thus the earphones,  but my wife wants to hear the Tv audio as well.  Is there a way to have both the Tv Audio and the blue tooth earphones simultaneously?

I can't get my rewind to work correctly on my recordings.  It pixellates, freezes, audio off, etc.  I have had all of my equipment changed:  satellite, tower and receiver.   Numerous service calls.  Anybody got any answers?
