@Juniper There was an outage yesterday. It was affecting some but not everyone. I know because it affected me. The Guide issue was not the only issue going on. There were a few different issues. Some people could only watch 1 channel which was the weather channel. Some could not access anything and for some others, there were other strange occurrences. But everything should be back to normal now!

There is this that is in a red banner at the top of the page. Since the sats cover the entire US if they go down it will be nationwide.

DirecTV is not down, otherwise the forum and their call centers would be flooded by practically the entire country who couldn't watch their shows.
Today they have had guide related issues as mentioned in the banner at the top of the page (as of this post).
If you cannot watch DirecTV at all, then please post details as that would an issue specific to your account and equipment.
