Sound but no picture on genie

Genie model number?

How is the Genie connected to your TV?

Have you tried resetting the Genie?  Your TV?

Have you tried a different TV Video INPUT connection?

When did the problem start?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Thanks for responding! Model#C61-500, connected  with white red yellow cables video in, did reset genie and unplugged and plugged back in. No other video connection worked either. I’ve had the problem a while but could cut the tv on and off a few times and it would come on but now only sound. Sorry I’m not very savvy with all this. Just really want to know if I should replace tv or genie or both. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Are you sure it's a C61?  If it is, you must be using its specific breakout "dongle" to provide yellow RCA video and red/white RCA analog audio outputs. 

Does your TV have an HDMI input? That's much preferred to RCA cables. 

I could not see any HDMI input. My tv is probably 10-15 yrs old. That could be the problem. I probably just need a new tv. 
And, the best I can tell it says C61.
