Watching U-verse TV

We have called multiple times. We have spent hours on the phone with people having us check cables and reboot. We got a new Modem. We got a new main receiver. Nothing has worked. I am overpaying to waste my time for very poor service.

How do I file complaint on customer service that is the worst but keep trying to pretend it care? Is there an email where I could send them to clearly articulate my complaint?

My Disney+ app on uverse is not loading properly. I have reinstalled the app. I have restarted the uverse box. I can login to Disney+ on PC and phone and uverse. But one the uverse, after logging in, it will not display the profile so it can be connected and begin.

I find it amazing how many ATT subscribers have the same problem. Freeze frames and problems with audio is a constant issue. If ATT valued their customers this problem would be fixed for everyone. I am not able to access espn3 - states not part of my tv package - called att 5 times today and they can only read incorrect answers from prompts. I’ve always been able to watch before. I have uv200; att wireless and att internet. Help.

Uverse shuts down EVERY Night at 1A.M and I have to reboot everything, not sure why but it 🤔 is VERY FRUSTRATING. Don't know what happens when the TV is off.
