Subpar video playback features on demand

I find it amazing how many ATT subscribers have the same problem. Freeze frames and problems with audio is a constant issue. If ATT valued their customers this problem would be fixed for everyone. They have no problem collecting money for their service, so why is the service subpar? I'm constantly having this same issue. I have reset my box, each receiver, and the WAP box. Nothing has worked. I Tried to reach out for assistance Thumbs down to the chat box operated by a bot. No humans. Ridiculous
