Want to turn on SAP function

ESPN2 has horrible frame rate issues. All our other channels seem to be working fine. We followed the troubleshooting menu and did a full reboot but the issue is still not resolved.

On ESPN2HD, channel 1606, every program has a bad frame rate. It looks like the cars during Formula One practice are going in slow motion or like I'm watching a streaming feed with poor bandwidth. How can I get the closed captioning to REMAIN at the bottom of the screen and not randomly show across character faces nor the top of the screen. is this an issue with U-verse software or how networks broadcast?

I have had uverse for a year and half and it goes out every night at 1am. I am not able to watch tv past 1am. I have had new equipment twice and my house and yard rewired. No one at At&t can answer what is causing this.

ATT please do better and give us some ocean sounds on U-verse cable. Stingray does not have these relaxing sounds.  Pretty soon there will be no need for your cable company at all.
