Watching U-verse TV

My husband is the primary user on the ATT Uverse account. My email is a subaccount.   How can I login without using my husband's user ID?  How do people set up the ATT Uverse app on their child's device?

AT&T U-Verse mobile access seems to be down.  It is not allowing me to log in from my tablet device nor my mobile phone.  Seems to have been down for about 3-4 days now.  Anyone else experiencing this too?

Had to select Uverse as the (Edited per community guidelines) at at&t don't have DirecTV as an option. Yesterday and today TBD Network is showing on Fox. What in the actual f%$# is going on?!?!

Updated last night. Deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted gateway, everything I can do I have done.   Gives me “error authenticating, please try again” error every time.  

All websites containing payment information will not load or give me access, nor will my xbox one connect whatsoever. I keep being told to authenticate but nothing will go further than that. My package includes both Disney and Nick Jr but when I go to the channel there is just a screen with a picture of a tv screen. I am able to get the other Disney and Nickelodeon and I have a few selections to watch on demand. But as far as actually watching the channel, it doesn't work.
