For the past several weeks, my U-verse streaming will not allow me to log in to access any content through my iPad. I spent about 2 hours total on phone with customer service to eventually be told that the system was “down.” I am still unable to access streaming through the U-verse app on my iPad.

I have tried to watch the Los Angles ion affiliate and have been getting a message that says The program provider is experincing technical difficulties.

Whenever we try to stream programs - Netflix, HBO-Max, Prime, etc - the picture blinks every few seconds. This is streaming programs through our Samsung Smart TV or using Roku. I need help to fix this issue?
