Why can't I watch my local sports events (Dallas Stars, Mavericks, Texas Rangers) through FoxSportsGo as of 4/6?

I am using the U-verse app in south Texas and the ESPN thinks I am outside of the US. How do I fix this issue. Every other live network works. I am not using VPN. UVERSE always disappoints somehow. Please help.
