How do I file complaint?

How do I file complaint on customer service that is the worst but keep trying to pretend it care? 

Is there an email where I could send them to clearly articulate my complaint?

No email contact.  File a complaint with the BBB and/or the FCC.

The issue is my wireless plan states that I am supposed to have HBO "For as long as I have the plan." I recently upgraded to internet 1000 and included is HBO Max "free of charge." I have been billed HBO Max so I called and chatted multiple times to either credit me or take the charges off. In doing this, they take off my HBO TV. I was told that I only have U200 plan and I did not subscribe to HBO channel. I keep telling them that it was part of my wireless plan and I have been passed around to different customer reps like a hot potato with no resolution. I spoke to 6 different reps plus a supposedly "Floor Manager" and there was no resolution. I even got hung up on. They were all apologetic but ultimately, there is no solution. Anyone else, have this issue?
