Watching U-verse TV

Been having problems with close captioning for awhile. Parts of the convention didn’t print on screen. I only use cc to “fill in” the words I’ve missed it hasn’t been a major problem. Then today I noticed I didn’t have any cc. I thought my husband had turned it off but according to tv cc connected.

I have had the same problem as many others with the U-Verse App. The app is not working and has not been for several months. AT&T knows there is a problem and that it is not working. Why don't you notify customers that the app is not working, identify the problem and let us know when it will be back

OAN News channel, (1108) after 10 seconds it will freeze up. Change channel and then back to OAN and ok again for 10 seconds. Sometimes WEHDTV does it too.
