Trying to find out how to watch U-Verse TV, included recorded programs on my laptop

You cannot watch RECORDED U-verse content on anything other than a TV connected to a U-verse TV Receiver. Not a phone, not a tablet, not a computer.
You can watch some Live/OnDemand content using the AT&T U-verse application on certain mobile and Fire TV devices.
You can watch some content using the channel's own web application (or mobile application) by choosing AT&T U-verse as your TV provider from a Computer.
