I changed from Uverse TV to Direct TV streaming. I got an email telling me to recycle the Uverse eqipment rather than returning it. I was directed to att.net/recycle for instructions, but I don't see any information there. Should I return it to an AT&T store, dispose of it however I can, or ship it

My old VIP 2250 developed a problem but has a lot of programs recorded on it. I received a replacement VIP 2262 and would like to transfer the recordings from the old unit over to the new one.

U-verse App DVR Recordings not in sync with DVR
In the app, Recordings, click on Recorded and it shows several shows I deleted a long time ago on the DVR. I tried deleting them from the app manually but they keep coming back although they aren't on the actual DVR. Any way to get the app to sync up with the DVR to show shows correctly?

Screen size and resolution issue on Motorola VIP1200 receiver
The receiver only has a setting for screen size - I set it to HD-16:9. The picture does not fill the screen and the picture quality is not HD. The screen resolution and aspect ratio is correct via OTA antenna. There must be a proper setting on this receiver.

U verse tv freezing and pixelated
All 3 of my coax connected u verse tvs freeze and pixelate. The one via Wi-Fi has sound issues. I have reset all 3 STB. HELP?

It’s frozen. The power button blinks red — 2 seconds on, 1 second off. None of the buttons work and when any of them are depressed they no longer all light up. Replacing the batteries didn’t help. Any suggestions on how to recover the remotes’ functions? Is it time for a new remote?
