U-verse TV Equipment

Had a new receiver 4 days ago. I’ve had 4 since April! Earlier Today the tech replaced the HDMI cable and it has stopped freezing and pixilations. However now both remotes will not fast forward. Seem sluggish too.

My Uverse router is an upright one, with vents on the top and both sides. My entertainment center can't hold an upright router so am wondering if I can lay it on its side and still have adequate ventilation from top and one side? Thanks.

Just got a new Insignias TV and using my AT&T remote, but I have to turn the volume to 60 or better to hear the TV. What is the problem?

Getting error message. Changed cables powered on/off and still not fixed.   I pay a premium for HD and cant even use it.  

Power surge.   Cannot get list of recorded programs to display.

Uverse keeps freezing I have reset all receivers and WiFi box

I have been out of the AT&T service area for the past 13 months. I moved back, and would like to start a U-Verse U-300 service again. I ONLY have very unstable DSL in this area, but the cable system worked very well in the past. However, the AT&T website emphasis is apparently on streaming

This thing keeps failing to connect. Tried multiple resets with AT&T Chat. This finally popped up on the TV: Login attempt result: Fail: Failed to get discovery bootstrap address. Broadband flashing RED.
