U-verse TV Equipment

Our wireless TV receiver (VIP2500) recently failed. AT&T sent us a new one but it did not come with a power adapter, and the adapter to the old box would not fit. We returned the unit and AT&T sent another box, again without a power adapter. How do we get an adapter for this unit?

Both the wired and wireless receivers DVR recordings play back with lag, pixelized, freeze every few minutes. No lag anywhere else: The internet is fine. The DVR records scheduled shows fine. Could my old receiver be the cause of the white cloud on my tv screen?..online research list this a possible cause

Replacement receiver works normally, but when not used for a while, it displays flashing green & red lights. I assume this means something has gone wrong. But I can't find a troubleshooting guide to tell me what the error is. So, I just push the power button to reboot, and the lights stop flashing.

I have 3 DVRs in different rooms. Several HD stations keep freezing and then I flip the channel and flip right back and I get it back but only lasts about 2 seconds before it freezes again and have to flip channels again (freeze-flip-freeze-flip.......) . Replaced receiver (old one died). Seems to be correctly hooked up but the screen has the uverse logo and the spinning ball going for 45 minutes or longer. No error message just that rotten spinning ball.
