HD CHANNELS KEEP FREEZING
I have 3 DVRs in different rooms. Several HD stations keep freezing and then I flip the channel and flip right back and I get it back but only lasts about 2 seconds before it freezes again and have to flip channels again (freeze-flip-freeze-flip.......) . I can't be flipping the channel every 2 seconds in order to watch a show, it gets very frustrating. They have come out to change the main modem and still continue to have the same issue. It has to be an issue with the digital signal because I had all 3 tvs on to different HD channels and all of them froze so it isn't the DVR boxes.
Anyone have a solution?

You have one DVR and additional receivers.
Have you tried a whole-home reboot?
Unplug everything. While you're doing this, make sure all connections are tight.
Plug the gateway back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug the WAP in and wait for normal operations.
Plug the DVR back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug the receivers back in and wait for normal operations.
If it's still wonky, I'd suggest installing ethernet from your gateway to the DVR. If other receivers are wired, you may want to consider wireless receivers.
If it's still wonky after that, I'd call for tech support.
(The tech may or may not want to charge to install ethernet. You can always call first and see what they say. It'd probably be less expensive to do it yourself.)

You do not have (3) DVRS, you have (1) DVR and (2) receivers.
There is only one DVR per account, depending on which model you have some DVRS are 1216, 1225, 2250, 2262, 7500, 8005, 8010, 8110.
You do not state if have same issue with watching Standard Definition channels as well as HD channels.
However flipping channels to unfreeze then freeze again within 10 to 20 seconds is issue going from unicast (first turning to channel) to multicast streaming.
This is most likely a port(s) issue requiring the tech to swap the port(s) ideally to a different card (48 ports per card) if available. If your an F card, should be something else available, hopefully… have seen VRADs with nothing but F cards but at this point hoping for K or N card(s).
Considering ATT stopped offering Uverse IPTV to new customers March 1, 2020 and the amount of new hires since then that are primarily fiber internet trained would not be a surprise that a tech would swap the gateway (an item related to all three receivers connecting to) but not look further upstream to the VRAD ports if not reporting internet also issues.
Ask for a reach appointment for intermittent service, then when tech calls to inform of arrival time ask them to swap the (ports)
Just my thoughts

Thank you very much for the input. We will try these suggestions, it is very much appreciated. You are correct, 1 DVR and 2 receivers. It is mainly our ESPN, Lifetime, HGTV, Hallmark channels or at least those are the main ones that we watch and have seen the issue. It used to be only ESPN stations but now it is happening with the others. Our regular ABC, CBS, NBC stations no problem. With March Madness and baseball season coming up we can't continue with this flipping back and forth.
