U-verse TV Account

Accidentally Aug Bill was overpaid by $1000. It was 111.72 I typed in 1111.72. Called them so many times ever since 7 weeks. Called different answers from their agents. Now they say my bank account will be credited in 7 to 10 business days! I doubt it

Hi, I have a TV, internet and home phone bundle over the last few months the TV portion of my bill has gone up by 60% with another increase looming. I understand the CEO stance but a 60% increase is a bit much, times are tough for everyone and many of us are out of work. Can anything be done? ATT st

I am trying to initially login to the Food Network App on an Amazon Fire TV Stick using my U-Verse subscription. I am given a code that I enter at https://watch.foodnetwork.com/activate then I have to choose provider - AT&T U-Verse. Then I get an error screen that is showing what I consider a critic

Just wanted to say thanks. I was transferred to 3 different people about Internet/Uverse bill. I canceled the Uverse service on Aug 18 and was told I was paid through the 16 of Sept. and my next bill would be for the internet service. When I got my Sept bill it still included Uverse when I called cu
