Cancellation

Just wanted to say thanks. I was transferred  to 3 different people about Internet/Uverse bill. I canceled the Uverse service on Aug 18 and was told I was paid through the 16 of Sept. and my next bill would be for the internet service. When I got my Sept bill it still included Uverse when I called customer service I was told that I still owed for Sept. If your call center cannot give out the right information maybe they should find another job. I thought Comcast customer service was bad until I had to deal with yours.

Final bills are not pro-rated.  If you cancel even one day into the next BILLING CYCLE, you are responsible for the ENTIRE month.

I don't have a problem with that. I have a problem with not being told that when I canceled.

there was an email sent out to every customer last year and also in bold writing on the bill for several months
