CNN Watch Live doesn't support ATT UVerse 200

I've been told twice CNN no longer supports ATT subscriptions via it's CNN Go app. This seems ludicrous as I would think CNN would want to keep active subscribers, no matter the platform. Or is this bad advice from ill-trained and ill-informed ATT ???
