On Demand Charges for Programs I Never Scheduled

Somebody outside of my house is scheduling and obviously watching a program on demand which is charged to my account. My smart TV and both AT&T remotes require via a Pin to order a program using the on demand feature. We (Wife & Me) are the only people living in our house AND I am the ONLY one who knows the on demand pin AND I Never use the on demand feature! Anybody out there have any idea how this can happen? Also programs that we never watch are scheduled and some of our scheduled programs mysteriously get deleted - How does that happen?

If I am reading your response 'impossible' correctly, are you implying that somebody in my house is requesting a show using the on demand feature on my tv?

Just as Constructive stated, as long as your settings are correct, no one except you should be able to effect your features.


We suggest making sure you've properly changed any Parental Controls for U-verse TV. Parental Controls can block specific stations, On Demand purchases, and limit access on U-verse TV.


We also suggest downloading the U-verse App which is available on Apple iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon app stores. Afterwards, please following these steps:


Manage Parental Controls with the U-verse app

  1. Access the U-verse app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap Settings in the navigational area.

  3. Tap Preferences > Parental Controls.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts.

It will then direct you on how to limit anyone using your service, and let you choose what is or isn't available to regular users.
