showtime anytime app giving error no subscription

I'm trying to log into the showtime anytime app on my phone, fire tv, and computer. All of them are saying that I don't have a subscription for showtime, which I do.

FINALLY!!  Phone Support doesn't have a clue, but we are now watching Showtime Anytime on our TV in spite of their inability to help numerous times.  Here's the trick: the "Activate Device" screen gives instructions for a PC OR your mobile device. IT DOESN'T WORK IF YOU FOLLOW THE STEPS USING YOUR PHONE!! No one in Customer Svc (the overseas office, at least) had ever heard of the problem. DO THE "ACTIVATE DEVICE" STEP ON A COMPUTER!!!! (We also activated Sho Anytime on the TV closest to the "Tower", but don't know if that had anything to do with it.) Showtime's instructions are either wrong or we have a cell phone problem....which wouldn't surprise me.
