U-verse TV Account

Hello, How do I get in touch with AT&T to remove my PII? I am no longer with AT&T and wish for that information to be deleted permanently. My info was stolen when the servers were compromised. Thanks

I live in Milwaukee and pay for AT&T U-verse TV U450 $201.00 I get Channel 1744 BSWI but cannot use the app on my my phone (while in the Milw area)  Why is this not working, I have used it for years.
