Complain about overdue balance

Good morning sir or madam 

Since December 30th,  l switched to MetroPCS, AT&T gave me the code to get the transfer the same day. 

I would like to know why have l  been getting AT&T email advising me that I  have a past due balance ? I spoke to different people from AT&T,  l told them that l was on auto pay . I didn't owe them $ 79.05,  I had to call the customer service to cancel the auto pay in March.  

They sent me another email to make a payment,  if not they're gonna get it from an external collection agency,  which may have an impact on my credit report.

I'm not a thief and I'm being charged twice for the month of December.

You posted in the home (Uverse) TV section but state switched to MetroPCS which is cellular phone service… why, do or did you have home tv service thru ATT? If did, did you call to cancel?

$79.05 sounds like something for about $75 plus taxes, is that correct?
