I know I can connect bluetooth ear buds to stream box. My question can I listen to my earbuds with the tv off?

I hooked up my HDMI cable and then I plugged the power supply in to the Gemini Air, it then says to turn on the Tv with the Gemini air remote… but my tv will not turn on . It is blinking red on the device . I hooked up my tv downstairs and did fine …. This is my upstairs tv .

Every other time I turn on one of my TV’s I have hooked up to a Gemini Air it has a green screen and the only fix is to unplug it and plug it back in. Needless to say, but it’s very frustrating! How do you turn on or off the closed captioning option with a streaming remote control?

I supposedly have a ticket open on this but no solution has been provided in over two weeks. I'd like to know why I'm continuing to experience the following issues: 1. Randomly a pop up message occurs asking if I use this remote to control the DirecTV. It makes absolutely no difference what I answer

New User here. The search doesn't work on my Apple tv. When I go to navigate to a letter it stops. Tried restart and reinstall of the app already. I tried my phone, but you can't search 4k content.

Can someone tell me if the even app is supported? I've read it is and it isn't. If I purchase a directv steam box off eBay will it still work with Directv stream if I sign up? Seems that Directv has made stream the no contract or fee Directv option because you can download the app on your tv or Firestick.
