You cannot see recordings on your list that have been deleted due to the 9 month restriction.
Recordings newer than this are viewable in your Library.

Recordings expire after 9 months, so that is the furthest back you can view/watch recordings on cloud DVR with DIRECTV STREAM. Your recordings are available in “List.”

To clarify my question: Is there a way to get a list of past recordings, that may or may not have been viewed; and that were deleted, viewed or not?

There is no list of past recordings period. You would lave to look up online any episodes that you may have missed for what ever show you are looking for. Then you can look on demand to see if it is still available to watch.
