On direct tv streaming bringing my own device. I downloaded app to new Sony 85 inch tv. I want to be able to go directly from one channel to another directly. Bought rc73 after market genie. Do I to Roku or Fire stick to get remote to work?

Can Directv streaming mimic look of Cable

With cable when I turned on the TV I saw only the channels it provided and designated my choices by channel number. I've cut the cable and now have a Roku device on my TV. I have to navigate thru an array of streaming services, find the Roku channel then ask it to go DirectV. Then I have to navigate

DirecTv stream

I hooked up my HDMI cable and then I plugged the power supply in to the Gemini Air, it then says to turn on the Tv with the Gemini air remote… but my tv will not turn on . It is blinking red on the device . I hooked up my tv downstairs and did fine …. This is my upstairs tv .

Why do I constantly have to unplug and plug in my Gemini Air

Every other time I turn on one of my TV’s I have hooked up to a Gemini Air it has a green screen and the only fix is to unplug it and plug it back in. Needless to say, but it’s very frustrating! Pause problematic

Multiple service issues

I supposedly have a ticket open on this but no solution has been provided in over two weeks. I'd like to know why I'm continuing to experience the following issues: 1.
