Samsung TV remote

I just subscribed to DirecTV Stream and loaded the app on my Samsung smart tv. The problem is the Samsung remote does not do a good job of navigating the app. Example, the guide button doesn't bring up the guide, etc.

DirecTV Stream Cloud DVR recordings missing

On December 1st, 2023 I contacted via chat to find out what happened to ALL of my unlimited cloud DVR recordings, they were all missing. Converting from Uverse to DirecTv Stream - Ethernet Ports

DirecTV streaming app has sound issues

I just bought a new Samsung TV and use an optical cable to hookup my Bose sound system. Every few minutes the sound stops working for a few seconds then comes back on. Frustrating. I am an I.T. guy and have tried all the "first steps" of changing cables, testing connections, etc. What is the issue?
