3rd Gemini Air in three months and this one is failing

We are on our 3rd Gemini Air in four months and this one is also failing. It is constantly buffering even though our network is very strong.

Fire sticks with the DirecTV app do not buffer. I am so sick of this. Yes, I have unplugged the fire Stick with no change.

We are thinking seriously about getting rid of DirecTV completely.
