I have an ATT account. On the account I have internet and Direct Tv as a bundled package for a savings in the bill. When I try to access the Direct Tv app on my phone to watch Direct Tv it says i have no account. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?

Hello, I called in on Sunday to have my service disconnected. The rep gave me a confirmation number and said I would receive an email within 24 hours to let me know if i needed to return equipment or not and I have still not received it. ​I Have a DirecTV Account through AT&T. When i go to DirecTV to Watch Online, it accepts my ATT credentials but a message says "We Noticed that your account doesn't include TV service" !!!!​ ​It then automatically logs me out, so i cant even start an online help session !!!​
