Directv is awful
Why can I not write a review about the dishonesty of the company, their selling you equipment without telling you, their appalling quality of service, and how their supervisors hang up on you when you ask why they charged your card for no reason? Please open up the reviews. This is the worst company in the history of life, a modern version of snake oil salesmen.

I'm sorry, you have had such a horrible experience. If you want to make your voice heard then the best way to do that would be to file a complaint to the BBB(Better Business Bureau) as that complaint would go right to the corporate office. We here can do nothing about your complaint as this is a customer-to-customer forum and in a few days, your complaint will just disappear into the forum.

Open up what reviews? If you have a greivence, you call DirecTV. If you want guidance from others or to share your experience you post in the forum as you've done.
You've made a lot of vague statements and accusations, some that seem exaggerated. And selling you equipment without telling you doesn't make any sense.
To get any sort of help or guidance, please explain the issues in detail. Though this is a public forum, sometimes other users can help or at least get you pointed in the right direction.
