What is a "Withdraw Account'?
(Edited per community guidelines) never seen this before. I've seen MDU, TMU, etc., but never that

No clue. I, like you, have always heard of many other accounts, just to name a few. TMU would be accounts that are ‘bulk-free’ accounts for each resident of an apartment. They often get the Choice Digital Bulk package for free as part of the apartment (or otherwise this charge is included in rent). MDU accounts is obvious, multi-dwelling unit accounts that are treated as basic customers. Then you have regular residential accounts, business accounts (a bunch there), and then a few oddball ones like a showroom account for retailers.
Again, I have no clue what a ‘withdraw’ account is. How exactly did you run into an account like this?

CRM. I was just informed that it was associated with a Winback account.

Interesting, might be the first time I've seen that one.
As a caution, this is a public forum (mostly other customers or other consumers) so be careful of anything that might not be for the public eye.

@tessieburr , please be advised this is a public forum and not for employees to discuss internal systems. Thanks!
