I can’t access my downstairs recorded DVR playlist from my genie that’s upstairs in my master bedroom I’ve tried pressing the red button on both downstairs and upstairs devices not sure why this is it was working and showing up now the playlist from downstairs isn’t showing up on the Genie upstairs

How do I remove channels from my lineup? DirecTV says to go to manage my package, view my lineup, and click 'add' or 'remove' next to the appropriate channel. There is no option to do that when I get there. In fact, there seems to be no way to view my personal lineup as it exists in my package, just
