DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

When I turn on my box the picture on the TV blinks. It take a few minutes to stop and then the channel will come on.   My box is connect with an Ethernet.  Does anyone know a solution or what is causing it?

The time showing on our guide screen is an hour off. Is it possible to reset the time?
