DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

I am new to DirecTV stream. I have the Ultimate package and ordered 4 brand new DirecTV Stream Boxes when I set up the service. I installed 3 of the 4 Stream Boxes at my main home in Georgia. I installed the 4th Stream Box at my second home in Maryland. The home in Georgia is my billing address for

So I was a subscriber on directv stream but then dropped it but still able to see the guide and a few test channels they are working on and hopefully be out soon. METV and 4 other test channels but metv is the only one listed the rest are just called test channels. Also 2 called 4ktest1 and 4ktest2

The message pops up and disappears in a fraction of a second. It pops up about every 30 seconds to one minute.  I've turned off all other bluetooth devices in the house and it still pops up.  How do I fix this? 

Just purchased Directv streaming and need to have another box and remote control. Website does not reference any way to purchase them. How do I purchase a box and remote control? Thanks.

Is there any way to update a AT&T Streaming Box?

I have an old and unused green utility pedestal in my front yard that I believe was an AT&T box. Is there a way to check and verify? If so, is it possible to have it moved or removed? It is open and has exposed, rusty wiring.
